Double D Title Company has an experienced staff on hand to help with your New Construction and Renovation needs. We have worked with many builders and are qualified and available to review the construction documents provided by your clients and/or the builder. Sworn Statements and Waivers are reviewed and Endorsements are issued daily. We also issue checks daily for distribution to builders and sub-contractors along with the appropriate waivers, if necessary. These checks can be picked up at our office or mailed directly to the builder or sub-contractor.

Below we have definitions of terms used during the construction process, as well as printable versions of the Sworn Statement and Waiver of Lien forms.
